Pink Himalayan Salt

is considered to be the oldest salt on the planet and is thought to be the purest, most unadulterated form of salt in the world. This salt has become a modern-day favorite because of its trace mineral content, which is thought to balance the body’s pH levels.

There are 84 minerals, elements, macro-minerals, and trace minerals in pink himalayan salt.

The major minerals found in this salt include;
calcium, chloride, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and sodium.

Potassium supports water balance and cell metabolism by ridding the body of excess water and waste.
Sodium also supports cells through nourishment and waste removal.
Calcium supports strong cell membranes and is a wonderful pore cleanser.
Several of the trace minerals found in this salt are boron, chromium, copper, fluoride, iodine, manganese, molybdenum selenium, and zinc.

Magnesium is helpful as a calming mineral and skin tonic. It’s known to help reduce inflammation and support muscle and nerve function.

Bromine supports cell repair and metabolism, as well as tissue development.

Sulfur helps pull toxins from the body, and it supports healthy cell function.
